My attempt to define it...
Creativity is inspired by myraid things happening inside and around us. We don't exactly realize when creativity hits us, but when it does, it pushes us to the highest altitudes of exhertion, expression, passion, perfection and beautification.
It's funny how majority of people feel that they do not possess creative streak. I believe that creativity is our true nature. When we come close to our true self, and honestly show it to the world by any form of expression, it is our creative side that is shown. We are all bundles of creative torches, guiding our own path and others' !
Fragments of past memories joined together by connections of the present, make a picture in our mind that impels us to create.
Sometimes, some unknown factor just puts an intensely complete picture in our mind of the thing we want to create.That is magic and it happens very rarely!
Pictographic memories and music are my strong creativity boosters. They rescue me when I fall into the creative rut! Music is the materpiece of God. It generates feelings within us. These feelings help us 'make'.
